Some of the images in this book are so realistic I feel like the woman is going to wink or start telling me what color eyeshadow she wants while I am coloring them. Their eyes are deep and their beauty is absolutely breathtaking. This reason along with the fact that there just aren’t too many quality portrait coloring books out there for those of us who enjoy coloring makeup is why I overall would recommend purchasing this book.That being said there are still some minor things I would love to see improved upon for the next book.First, the sketch lines...I have included some examples but basically because the artist did some of the drawings in sketch style your options for what to use to color with become very limited as nothing is going to cover up the sketch lines on some of the faces of the women aside from acrylic paint I suppose and the paper is nowhere near thick enough for paint. I can see that the author was trying to include drawings in all the various styles and I can appreciate that but some styles are just not made for coloring.Second, on some of the images there is a lot of shading and a lot of black. I prefer the option to decide what color I want to use instead of having my choice already made for me because it’s been colored black.Third, some of the images clearly do not fit the page and/or are off centered leaving a lot of white space.Fourth, while some of the women are amazingly realistic others are almost cartoonish. I would really like to see more consistency in the next book featuring the more realistic characters in the same style exclusively.This is a wonderful book especially for those just starting out and playing around with various styles and materials because it gives you a chance to try them all out in one book.

Love this coloring book but I have ordered other coloring books with same models just don’t understand why other models repeated in the other coloring books I ordered very disappointed

This is book is so nice full of beautiful illustrations to bring to life with color... I highly recommend purchasing this book

Variety of styles is kind of fun. Looks like a collection of different artists which makes it hard to credit the artist when posting to social media. Some styles would do better on watercolor paper as they wouldn't look great colored in normally. A perforated edge would be nice but that's just me.

The book contains 30 well done pictures of Individual women's faces. They can be used for references or for coloring.

I love the way she sketches. Then coloring over with colored pencils just brings her pictures to life. Every drawing is unique!

I enjoyed coloring this book

A nice idea poorly executed. - It can be used as a coloring book but due to the lack of consistency it may be hard for a beginner to really hone their skills.Alternatively, if you have a printer you could find some portrait drawings or paintings, make them black and white and print them out and you'd have this book.I was expecting to see works specifically drawn for this colouring book, but this appears to be a compilation of other artists drawings. The images selected have very different styles, but more distracting is that the image quality varies as well.If the drawings are by other artists it would be nice to see them credited next to their work so that we can view more of their content.
