Buyer beware.
The two pieces do not fit together tightly. I'm not sure if this is a defect with the one I received or if it is an over all product flaw. I have 2 piece molds from another manufacturer and they don't allow the chocolate to drain out of them the way this one does. Even heavy duty clamps couldn't seal the gaps enough to make this mold useful. Unfortunately, I didn't test it when I first received it, so now I am unable to use it or return it.

Magnetic molds are great.
Keep in mind this rose is very small. I was hoping it would turn out well for making some sort of larger rose bouquet or something but really they are too small for much other than just filled truffles. But, they do make LOVELY filled truffles!!The mold produces nice, shiny little chocolate roses. It is super easy to use, easy to fill, easy to release. Very small footprint too so it isn't oversized with a lot of extra plastic. Happy with this purchase!
