I finally ran out of the quart bottles of Vanilla extract I’d bought in Mexico years ago. I ordered this Vanilla with some trepidation given the reviews it received ranging from great to awful. I was able to use it the day following its arrival, because tasting a drop just doesn’t provide the full range of flavor. This is incredibly cost effective unless you live on the border and cross to Mexico often. Perhaps I just have a burnt palette from my generous us of cayenne peppers in almost everything I make. Yes Virginia, cayenne even works in desserts!

I just received these this evening and to my surprise, they are big bottles, like a bottled water! They came with a silicon brush as well. Each bottle cost $7.67!! Haven't bake with them yet, but I'm sure it's good. I'm using another brand of Mexican vanilla extract at the moment. Will update later.
