The book is well written and has been very helpful to me.

Very helpful for anyone new to essential oils. The author is a Christian and acknowledges our Divine creator which I appreciate greatly. Everyone needs a healthy gut and this book could help if you desire to be more healthy.

Dr. Z has written well about the subject and I have started working with Essential Oils thanks to him. For me, the fact that he is a Christian is a plus.
