I am so glad I purchased this bag. I have been using an over the shoulder style bag for years and it has been nothing but uncomfortable and a hassle to load with all my stuff. This laptop backpack is a game changer for me. It has so much room with tons of pockets. The build quality is top notch as well. I loaded it up with all my stuff from my old bag into here and it was significantly more comfortable to carry around and easier to load everything into. I was not a fan of the provided lock as it seemed kinda cheap, but that can always be replaced anyways for a couple bucks. The bag itself though is just great. The only problem I had with the bag was that my 17" laptop would not fit properly in the bag even though it is sized for 17" laptop. I was able to fit it into its proper location, but the zipper needed to forced over the corners because the bag is a tad bit too small to fit it smoothly. You can see it in one of my photos that the laptop extends past the sides of the bag, so I had to force it closed to store it. Luckily, I do have smaller laptops around me that I can fit into it no problem. The usb extension is great feature that I didn't even think about when ordering this bag. Now I can store my powerbank inside the bag while I run the cable from the bag to my phone that can be in my hand or pocket without needing to carry the powerbank itself. Overall, this is a very well built bag with a lot of attention put into style, craftsmanship, and comfort. I would give it a perfect rating if my laptop had fit as intended.

Materials and construction seemed OK, but the backpack proved unfit for advertised purpose, with one major problem, along with one minor problem, as delivered. First, it wasn't the size claimed in the listing. Although the listing--and the box it came in (see photo)--said it would fit a 17.3" laptop (diagonally measured, as all laptops are: actually 16" along the longer dimension). This backpack was at least an inch too small to fit the computer: it appeared to be a mislabeled version for a 15.6" laptop.>>Check that your computer FITS before putting the packaging out for recycling!<<(I wondered why the backpack itself came folded up inside a re-sealable, 2-gal./8-liter plastic baggy: it makes returns easier.)The second, minor issue is the claim of being "TSA friendly". It's not. The cheap little combination lock sent with it does NOT have the port the TSA needs for the key they use to by-pass the combination, nor does it have the TSA shield on it, letting them know to look for that port. This claim is bogus, as shipped.

Great backpack for carrying a laptop, iPad, notes, books and whatnot. There are plenty of spaces, pockets, and sleeves to organize everything nice and neat, and it feels very comfortable when worn. Looks very clean and pro as well. I bought another backpack for over $100 and I really prefer this one any day. This one is better designed, feels comfy, looks better, and has more pockets and places to organize my stuff. Everything seems thought out well, I wouldn’t really change anything. This has and will definitely continue to get lots of use as my main backpack for electronics or books, binders, and notes.UPDATE: It has been nearly 4 months, and I’m still loving this backpack. Already used it for international travel as my carry-on personal item, great for both my MacBook and iPad, as well as day to day for work or trips. Its very well organized, with lots of pockets and compartments, and very comfortable, it has become my backpack of choice for work and leisure.

When I first got this bag I was blown away with the quality and the number of pockets it had. The bag has many, many pockets all over. As I used this bag for a couple of weeks I slowly realized that there were two things wrong with this that made me return it. One is the material they use (Black bag is what I purchased) is nice but picks up dust easily so the bag started looking dingy pretty fast. My biggest issue with the bag is there is no support on the bottom, meaning this bag, at any time could tip and which way and knock down anything in its path. It knocked my tea off of my desk at work covering everything and a couple of days later, I set it on my counter before work and it randomly fell over and knocked a glass of OJ all over my tile. You can prop the bag up any way you want but it has a mind of its own. I didn't feel like cleaning up beverages every few days so I returned it.

Well I J U S T got it and so far it's amazing. SO many pockets and hidden areas. You have hidden compartments for everything. You can place your laptop, books, paperwork, and all sorts of accessories with plenty of room to spare. It feels nice and smooth, water resistant and with the rain cover it came with on the bottom pouch. I like the black chrome on the zipper and the style of the backpack. Very modern and professional looking.Headphone and usb ports are very handy. The backpack feels very comfortable. Almost as if it isn't there. Placing the laptop, which is closest to your back, makes the backpack feel very light and holds it well. No sagging and everything is well protected with the padding.All in all a great price for the features and style of this backpack. How it will hold up for several months remains to be seen. Can't go wrong for $25. ($10 coupon was applied)
