I have never had a pillow give me so much head and neck support. It' extremely comfortable with no odor at all. I received it at lunch time, took it out if it's packaging, laying it flat and it was completely ready to use when I got home after work. I am a side sleep and have had the best night rest in the past week. I purchased a two pack and gave the other to a friend. He loves this pillow not only for the neck support ( he has disc fusion surgery), but it has also helped him to stop snoring for a better night's rest. I will be purchasing more of these pillows from the same seller since the order arrived much earlier than expected and I desperately needed new pillows!
