Estroven Weight Management Capsules, 60 Count (Pack of 2)

Seem to be working very well. After the first two weeks my hot flashes were further apart and milder. After the first month I realized that my hot flashes had diminished to almost nothing. As to the 'weight management' part, this is NOT a weight loss drug. I have not lost weight but I have not gained any weight either, which is 'management'.I will keep taking these as long as they work. I have read horror stories about women who stopped and it took longer to work the second time when they started back taking them. No thanks.

I'm not sure if I can give credit to these Estroven, but I am feeling really good this summer. I take one every morning. So far all Spring, even after 8 straight weeks of rain, I am sleeping well, and today I was happy to go mow the lawn! I am 56 and have never felt better.
