Gorgeous chandelierHouse warming gift for friend, my friend and family all love itThe tear drop “crystal” has smooth surface, unlike Traditional crystal which has “laser cut” surface and reflect light better.I found a similar (almost identical) Chandelier from other seller, the price is more than double, I’m just so glad that I found this one 😊

Perfect touch of sparkle for small dining room
Looks just like the pictures. Compared to the prices of other chandeliers, I wasn’t sure of the quality, but was very impressed. It was packaged well- each crystal was individually boxed and white gloves were provide for handling the crystals. Its a beautiful piece that’s both modern and fancy, and the perfect size for a small dining room.

Great Chandelier but delivered with missing and broken crystal pieces
Definitely one of the better looking chandeliers. Reached out to customer service to request missing and damaged crystal pieces. Heard from them after several attempts but still have a chandelier without some crystals hanging. Too bad. Customer service could be better. Don't throw away the installation manual afterwards, my mistake; apparently not knowing the exact part number results in less than accommodating CS even after I described it (the only crystal component of the chandelier). Your CS request will be routed from international to USA customer service. Definitely need extra set of hands to help you install. If I ever get those crystal pieces I will adjust the rating.

Gorgeous entryway chandelier!
Beautiful chandelier! Installing the crystals was a task and it’s definately a two person job installing, otherwise it’s amazing. It’s a brushed nickel type finish (not a shiny chrome) which is what we were after. Excellent quality and incredible value!

Better than pictured
We had our electrician install this but it is very easy to adjust the height and add the crystals. (We did before he installed.) Looks better in person and would highly recommend!

Great chandelier for a dining area
The chandelier is beautiful and great for a dining room. It is pretty wide which is great because most dining room chandeliers are small. The installation was a bit tricky but it was worth it once installed.
