About Fillers You can fill the bag with shredded fabric... anything without buttons, buckles or zippers will work, We tried to stick to cotton, as it compresses well. The nice thing about filling your own is that you can make it as hard or soft as you want. Many people also get a remnant of some decent foam carpet pad and curl it into a tube that they slip inside the whole length of the bag. Then the rest of the padding goes inside the foam tube insert. The foam roll makes for a nice, smooth striking surface so you don't get hard spots. If you want to add a bit more weight, freezer baggies filled with play sand and then completely duct-taped can be dumped down the center of the bag, you likely won't need many, a bag this size gets heavy in a hurry as you pack the stuffing down. This bag is built to last. I use it every day and am very satisfied. Well worth the money.
I really like how thick and tough the “leather “ is. Very durable.Filling it up is an adventure. You want to fill it before you hang it up because if you try to zip it closed while it’s hangingYou’ll have a hard time.I used a combination of rags and shredded tire mulch.I needed to add more filling 2 times so far because the filling settles with use.Definitely a good choice compared to previous bags I’ve owned.

Well made bag
Very well made bag. It will last. I had to return it because I dont have a high stand to hang it on. This is a 6 foot long bag designed for Mui Thai. My workouts are in the backyard, I cant use my regular stand for this bag.I loved how it was made. The bag comes empty.

Item is very sturdy it is a little more difficult than you would like to assemble but that wouldn’t discourage me from purchasing it again. You need to have sand and will need additional chains to hang it . Will update if any issues arise .

Good, Durable Banana Heavy Bag
Seems like a quality, durable heavy duty punching bag so far. Has a nice thick layer of padding on the inside, which gives it a nice feeling when you hit it. Time will tell how well it keeps up, so may update review later.

Fill it and hang it. Then its perfect
I got this to hang in my basement and use to practice kicks mostly and also punches. It works great, very durable, well made, thick later of padding and nice faux leather exterior. I would definitely have a plan for where and how you're going to hang it, and what you're going to fill it with as its a huge bag. Mine is only filled about 3/4 full so far, need to find more rags and old shirts, bed sheets etc. Overall it was a bit of work to get it hanging from my ceiling (had to drill holes etc) but now that it's hung its the best piece of fitness equipment I've ever had. Super motivating and fun and takes punishment well.

Poor Quality
I don't think the material is very good quality, it was delivered with fibers frayed already so I can't imagine it will last very long, definitely not work the price.

Longer than expected!
Was really bigger than expected! Check the lenght! Takes a huge amount of clothes to fill it! Great fun with the kids! Don’t know how long it will lasts.
