Linens Limited 100% Egyptian Cotton 200 Thread Count Fitted Sheet, Cream, King

These sheets are soft, and comfortable to sleep on. they arrived quickly and were well packaged, I am very pleased with them. I will point out though, that these particular sheets will only fit a foam mattress or thin mattress. They will not fit a divan mattress as the depth is not wide enough to tuck well under the mattress for a tight fit.

I don't normally write bad reviews, but Linens Limited products deserve it. Small, thin, scratchy material with several hanging threads and crooked seems! The matching pillowcases are too small for a nice fluffy pillow, but just right for their own crappy flat pillows.I was under the impression that Linens Limited was an overstock type company offering good quality products at a discounted price. I was mistaken, the price listed is the absolute top value for what they sell. Extremely low quality, I would have returned them had I not absolutely needed bedding in a new flat. I will not be buying from them again.

Just received this sheet and the poor quality is a bit shocking. We always use Egyptian cotton 200 thread count sheets so I expected a smooth, tightly woven, luxurious feel. But not this sheet.1. Texture of fabric is rough and coarse2. Has a poor "handling" quality - feels very light and flimsy.3. Very strong chemical smell. I know sizing is used on new fabrics but I have never opened a sheet package and been hit with a chemical factory smell - solvent odours. Washing sheet didn't help. I am putting it through a 2nd cycle now hoping that will help.4. Colour is not what I would call cream and not exactly as photos show - it's distinctly light yellow.5. Very minimal elastic only on corners so sheet tends to pop off.

Very good quality cotton, great value, & well elasticated more than many at both ends.They did not shrink on a, ' low dry', setting, despite not being recommended for a dryer.(Would not recommend if fits your bed, just in case it did shrink).I am delighted ..Soft enough not to iron using drier balls, to dry. I do not mind a bit of cosmetic creasing, better than ironing any day.

After just one month's use the sheet has pilled more than any other sheet I have ever seen before. There is so much pilling that the the fabric is actually rough to the touch and as I'd prefer not to sleep on it I have thrown it away.Buy a sheet from any low end department store and you will not only pay equal or less, you will also experience far superior quality than this.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B000T5OGKQ/ref=cm_cr_rev_prod_title.I bought these items in good faith,Linens Limited 100% Egyptian Cotton 200 Thread Count Fitted sheet, Flat sheet and Pillow cases and they arrived promptly and in good condition, which I was very happy with however, as usual with new sheets always wash before using them, I duly washed them, put the flat sheet on the new bed, got in later that night, thinking how lovely to get into bed with new mattress and new sheets..... the fitted sheet had a 'pull' in the middle of the bed, which on closer inspection turned out to be a tear, but not one but lots of little ones in a line, so now having to replace the fitted sheet, So as you can imagine I am very dissapointed with the quality of these sheets.
