When I opened this up the first time to use it, I found a post it note inside informing me that it needed a new top bulb for sure. This was very disapointing since I was expecting a refurbished unit that was like new. I tried it and the bulb was working correctly. I have used this on my phones, and everything that will fit inside it. Firestick remote, ink pens, keys, coins, etc. It's got an automatic 10 minute cycle that starts when the lid is closed. The problem with that is that when you remove the phone or remote control, the case is now empty and if you close the lid on the empty unit the 10 minute cycle starts on the now empty unit. I'm not happy with that, or with leaving the lid open. The unit I have has two USB ports on the outside of the case that can be used to plug your phone into so it can charge without you needing to use your phone charger. This is handy and you only need a short cord to use it.

I heard about PhoneSoap because my mom had purchased a previous version. I use Phonesoap on my iPhone and my keys. Everyone should leave a review about this. I researched online on the effectiveness of Phonesoap and discovered there are actually high school classes using it in studying the effectiveness of UV Rays killing bacteria. I would like to see Phonesoap use UV lights on the sides of the cleaner to get to the sides of your phone a little better, but all in all this is an outstanding product!

Guess this works, I don't have any way to prove it doesn't. I use it regularly on my phone and car keys. I've also put my credit cards in it. I'm pretty trusting.

I found out about PhoneSoap from watching an episode of The Henry Ford's Innovation Nation. I currently own an iPhone 7 Plus and wondered if it would fit inside the unit. After some speculation, I purchased the product and was pleased to find out that my phone fits into the unit. I'm interested in learning more about the PhoneSoap's features. At the moment, I'm content with it.

This could not be easier to use... Just place your phone in it and let it run for the 10 minutes, that is it!Only thing that could improve the product is to have a sensor to know when a device is actually in the PhoneSoap so it doesn't run when nothing is in it.Great Product...

It is has a sturdy case and works well once I figured out what to do. Would have liked a sheet on setting it up since I’m not super tech savvy. Phone charges a little slower than when I plug the cord directly into the outlet. Having an easy way to sanitize my phone is great. Just need one for my IPad

Still not sure it’s doing anything. Bought for sanitizing phones. Sometimes they come out just slightly warm and sometimes not. So I’m convinced it’s even working or that the bulbs are coming on every time we use it. We’ve been using 1-2 times a day (x) 3 phones. A little pricey especially if I don’t know if it’s doing its job.

Love the concept of this however I woke up this morning and my phone was dead it did not wirelessly charge my phone I’m glad I woke myself up because otherwise I would’ve been late to work and I would’ve been in a lot of trouble not happy that this product does not work.
