The first impression of this bag was that it was slightly heavy. Not a deal breaker but noticeable. Then I thought that maybe I didn't need a bag so big as I have a 15" computer. But then I knew that I wanted to use it for travel so I thought that the extra space might come in handy. So I packed it up for my trip.It was not until I was standing in line at the airport that I noticed the design flaw. I placed the backpack (for the first time) on top of my rolling luggage using the strap on the back of the backpack. Well the strap is made of elastic and of course the backpack is made to be heavier on the front so the elastic stretched and both the backpack and the rolling luggage was face down on the floor. The whole point of having this strap is that you don't have to carry your backpack on you back but rather place it on top of your luggage and then guide your luggage. Well if you have to let go for any reason at all, it flips over. Even if you are walking around the airport, you have to hold on to both your luggage handle and the backpack handle if it is on top because the elastic will be stretched and your backpack will be hanging forward.Other than the elastic strap it is a great bag. It is nice and roomy with lots of pockets. I will say that it is easy to get stuff lost in the bag because it is so roomy with so many pockets. Of course that is not to bag's fault. You just have to be more organized than I was.One selling point of the bag however is not even listed anywhere in the description or the video. That selling point is that there is a zipper on the underside of the bag that houses a nylon cover or "rain coat" for the bag. I find it very ironic that I did not ever see this zipper until my bag was face down on the airport floor.So basically it is a great bag if you do not need to place it on top of a suitcase or you do not mind holding it steady when you do. Since I do travel and that was the purpose of me getting another bag, this one was a deal breaker for me.

Ok!! Where do I begin?? There are so many great things I love about this bag. Number one?? Storage, storage, storage. There are so many compartments (one I just found after using forever) that are perfect for any size item. When I travel, it carries my 18” laptop, my portable travel monitor, business folders, cords and charges, water bottle, umbrella....you get the picture!! It carries it all, without being ‘bulky’ and uncomfortable!! I’m a 5’7” 135 lb. female and carry it easily when fully loaded. It’s also great to throw in my items and clothes for an overnight trip somewhere with the hubs. Water resistant and storage galore!! Five stars for sure!!!

Looking for a big backpack? This is it. Like really really big. My one complaint is that it almost looks funny when I'm carrying it (at 5'5") but it does fit a lot and has been great for weekend getaways and train luggage. We've used it for carryon too and it's just so much easier to carry than a small suitcase, although it fits about the same. Quality is pretty good.

So the price is what originally drew me to this backpack; that, and the fact that I needed something that could fit my laptop comfortably. When the bag arrived, it was exactly as described but THERE ARE SO MANY POCKETS!!! There are pockets on pockets, inside of other pockets, surrounded by even more pockets and right when you think you've seen all the pockets... BOOM, SECRET POCKETS! I'm pretty sure the bag of holding from DnD was referencing this bag. The first day I had it, I used almost all of the pockets and it was still comfortable to wear too. Honestly, 10/10, would recommend if you like pockets as much as I do.

I purchased this bag for my son to use as his high school bookbag. I was hesitant to purchase this because of the low price. Figured the quality must be compromised. But gave it a try. So glad I did. Very sturdy and very roomy. Holds all his books and laptop with no issues. Nice padding on shoulder straps that are also adjustable. Also this bag has a hidden compartment on the bottom of the bag that holds a elasticized waterproof cover that fits over the outside of the bookbag on rainy days. All in all it's a great, sturdy, roomy, well made bag. Would buy again.

I bought this backpack as my airline carryon to go under the seat. The dimensions seem like they would fit, but when this bag is on the more full side, it didn't fit under the airline seat. If that's not your end goal, then this is a great backpack - it's incredibly well designed with lots of places to put your belongings in easily accessible places. It appears to be well constructed.

This backpack was purchased last minute as a replacement for a high end pack that broke on my last flight. I can’t say enough about it. It’s beautiful, color wise, it has cushioned straps that are contoured and comfortable, it has lots of zip storage pockets, large compartments, a closing laptop pocket inside. My ONLY complaint is that I wish the band that slips over the handle of my rolling luggage wasn’t made of elastic. That makes the band pretty useless. Otherwise— it is more bang for the buck than expected! Highly recommend 🙌🏻

I'll update once I get back from my trip, but this bag is exactly what I was looking for. I travel for work and wanted a bag that wasn't too masculine while also carrying two laptops without injuring me (goodbye shoulder gouges from my ladylike laptop bag). Only downside so far is that the headphone port is no longer on the bag.
