28 Modern Jazz Trumpet Solos: Book 2 Kindle Edition

This was the first book I ever purchased when learning to play jazz trumpet. I was actually studying with Ken Sloane at an Aebersold Jazz camp when I bought the book. I purchased this copy on Amazon for my son, who is now learning jazz trumpet. It is a wonderful collection of some of the best jazz trumpet solos ever recorded.

Great for my freshman child, to progress to first chair in band.

I was disappointed with the purchase because I was not aware of its difficulty level and it is above a beginners ability.

Great music book. We were able to learn a lot of new Jazz songs.
