This LED head lamp will be a effective for him as he treks through dark forests or fields. It has 7 very bright lights powered by a rechargeable lithium battery pack. He can use all the lights or only some of them. For example, when you press the power button once, the 3 middle lights turn on. When you press twice, the 4 lights at the top turn on. When you press thrice, all the lights go on, and press 4 times and the lights flash like a strobe. It takes 8-15 hours to charge up and it will hold a charge for a long time. My nephew will like this head lamp very much!

Finally an honest seller. This light is advertised at 1700 lumens and I believe that's what it is. It is super bright. The brightest I found. Yes and it's brighter than those other lights claiming to have 5000 , , 12,000 or 13,000 lumens. LOL I was suckered into buying those . I have one and a half acres of property and stand in one spot and check the edges of the property in the woods for coyotes at night before I walk my dogs. Clearly. I will buy again and do highly recommend.

Not many streetlights where I live and most light comes from peoples houses if they are home. Can see from one end of the street to the other and way down the canal too. Totally amazed by the brightness. I look in the water at night to look at fish and can see down the canal as well. Heavier than I expected which took getting used to. Will work great for night fishing too. I only had it a short time so not sure about the battery life but haven't charged it in the month or so of use.

First one came damaged. The locking clip was broken in the package. Had a replacement to me in 2 days.Fits well either on my hardhat or bare head. The adjustable angle is a plus.Have almost blinded a few co-workers that try to get my attention and I turn to look at them with the lights on full blast...my bad guys.

I am amazed on how bright this headlamp is! I got it right before hurricane Dorian hits Florida in case we lose power and I need to do something with both my hands while in the dark but I am sure that if it comes to that this headlamp will come very handy!

Nice headlamp for the price. I use it a lot around the house and when I go fishing. Is not the brightest, but it is bright enough. You can disable 4 of the leds and only use 3 when needed to have it at a lower brightness. It lasts a long time. I really like it. A little heavy.

You would think my husband was kid at .christmas. With winter upon us and my husband delivering parcels, the dark comes sooner than his route ends. Her loves this lamp. He has played with it since it came. It projects very much light. For fun also a strobe light. This light works well for work, and night jobs, as well as the strobe light fun to goof around with!

I got this headlamp to walk my dogs at night. It is really bright and illuminated the whole area.The unit is larger than a regular headlamp since it has so many lights and a big battery pack on the back. However, once it was on it was not bothersome at all. Very easy to turn on and cycle through the different light settings. Very happy with the unit.

Oh this light is amazing. I bought it so I could check on my horses and take out feed etc at night with free hands. I swear it’s so bright I can see Holland from my field in Norfolk. My horses must think it’s aliens whenever I approach them in the paddock. I am very clumsy so appreciate how much of the area around me it lights up, very helpful when navigating mole hills. I also like to shine it through my teenagers windows and make screaming noises for absolutely no reason other than I have the power to illuminate their entire rooms so I get to see them at least once a day. The possibilities with this thing seem endless.It’s not the comfiest thing I’ve worn on my head, it’s not uncomfortable but it could be comfier with more padding around the torch bit on your forehead.There is a strobe setting with is mental. Whatever you do, don’t accidentally set this feature off in a barn by yourself. I was scared I was going to be reported for illegal raving.But if you need a head torch you you won’t be disappointed if you buy this.28/12/20 **update** 15 months on it’s still going strong and the battery lasts just as long as it did when new. Very impressed.

I have been thinking about getting a head torch for quite some time, as I don't have any outside lights and therefore it is difficult, especially in winter, to get to the bins or the compost heap.When, the other day, I banged my toes once again on some steps in the dark garden, I decided to get a head torch NOW.I went online and looked for a head lamp. The RUNACC LED Head Torch seemed to be a good choice, as it is rechargeable and has 1700 lumens.There are four settings, which turn on either three, four or all seven lights, or just flashes.The torch comes fully charged. So make sure you remove the insulation sheet in the battery compartment before first use. (I forgot …)It takes between 8 and 15 hours to fully charge; and a charge lasts around 4 to 8 hours.The head torch feels very solid and is quite heavy, but this is not a problem. It sits comfortably on your head and although currently not wearing a hat underneath, it didn't pinch or hurt at all. I was actually surprised how smooth it felt.A plus - with every head torch - is of course, that you have your hands free and can go on with your work, without being restricted to one hand, as the other one holds a torch.Now, after having tried and used the head torch for a few days, I ask myself why I didn't get one ages ago.An absolutely useful device. Something you don't want to miss.Great product. Fair price.

Carrying a torch is ok but I realised something like this was necessary for a similar occasion.I made sure it was a rechargeable one. I am happy as this has changeable batteries.It has the ability to tighten the grip on the head. The lights are really bright and cover a wide area. You can move the lights to widen the area or focus the light.You can also set it to a flashing mode.I am glad I got this not sure how long it’s last but it stayed on for a an hour straight with out a problem then charged it

Je fais souvent des activités en forêt et je voulais une lampe frontale qui soit un peu plus puissante que ma petite Petzl Tikka. Que ce soit pour voir durant les marches ou quand on monte le camp, je voulais un bon éclairage.La lampe frontale est livrée dans un petit carton, avec un câble micro USB et une notice multilingue (absence du français). La lampe est déjà pré-équipée de 3 accus 18650, il faudra simplement retirer les 3 petites languettes en plastique dans le boitier.Très franchement niveau puissance, c'est le jour et la nuit. Je ne m'étais pas rendu compte que 1700 lumens c'était si puissant. Avec les 7 leds activées ensemble, on illumine tout ce que l'on veut. J'ai pu partir dans les bois pendant 3 jours sans aucun soucis.Les élastiques sont assez larges, ce qui rend le portage confortable. En revanche, le revers de la médaille d'autant de puissance, c'est le poids de la bête. Il fait environ 380 grammes. Personnellement ça ne me gêne pas mais il faut le savoir.J'aurais aimé avoir un étui de rangement pour la frontale.Le produit ne présente pas de défauts et il est conforme à la description. Je suis totalement satisfait de mon achat !N'hésite pas à me dire si mon commentaire est utile.

I bought him this because it's unlike any he owns, and he's given it thumbs-up.It possesses exceptional brightness on full setting and allows the user to choose between bulb settings for lighting some or all bulbs. The unusual feature about this is the ability to adjust the bulb angles outwards to increase the beam path.As with all these headsets, the batteries are generic and although they're adequate, anyone intending to use this often might like to buy an additional set of high drain batteries (such as Panasonic or Samsung). Unusually this set takes three batteries instead of two or four which is worth bearing in mind!You can charge the batteries directly through the headset; an indicator will give you the charge status.It's very comfortable and well made. The design is unique and functional and the brightness is superb and adjustable. Overall it's a very good torch headset.
