I bought this for my 4 year old granddaughter, she absolutely loves it. It was a gift that I sent directly to her so I don't know what the material feels like, but I am very pleased with the look and fit. My only concern was that I might not get the size correctly as this item is not offered in 3T or 4T etc... but I picked the right size (second size option) and we are happy with our purchase.

I love this costume
I love this costume! I got the toddler size for my 2 year old and it fit him cute. It will probably fit him for awhile. We rolled the pants at the waist they are long but not too bad.
