Not stainless steel. I am just now getting to submitting a review because after two months of wearing my new septum ring it was tarnishing in my nose. If it stainless steel it it not supposed to rust. I started smelling metal in my nose and would taste it every time i spit after washing my face (Drainage into the throat from nasal) horrible. I had to take it out because im sure swallowing metal is not safe and my piercing started to become irritant. I would honestly like my money back. I wish i kept the ring to show you all ( Didn't think of it at the moment i was so pissed) . But after you buy them you will see what i mean. I changed back to the jewelry i had when i first got pierced. Irritation automatically went down.

Wasn’t really into the biggest ones but for $10, I’ll take the other 12...I recently got my my septum pierced in February so I wanted some options like most females...all the pieces were there and arrived when it was supposed to

I had bought these because one of the balls had fallen off the only one that I had. Luckily, I had retainers, but they were very uncomfortable so I wanted a replacement as soon as possible. Being a college student living in the dorms and not having a car, going out to buy one was out of the question. I also wasn't sure what size I needed (aside from 16g) and couldn't risk asking a friend to pick one up for me. I ordered these with one day shipping and they were perfect! The amount you get for the price is great, and if I lose any of the balls again, I can just take them off of the rings that are too big or too small for my mouth. Contrary to what one of the other reviewers said, all of the ones I received are 16g.

I loved that this is exactly what I was looking for. I used the 3rd size and it was perfect! BUT my biggest issue was screwing the damn ball. I thought I had it right the first time until the ball fell off and bounced off the floor to the nearest corner.I picked it up, washed it, dried it and I swear I never had a workout like putting this damn ball in place. It took me a good 10 mins before I was convinced I had it on right.Therefore, chubby fingers beware. These are the devil but well worth it.

Colors are nice, they arrive on time but this ain’t stainless steal. Am allergic to everything else that isn’t the right material and this gaves me allergy. Sadly I can’t get my money back because I didn’t realize it on time (got it a couple month ago and just used it recently).

i've tried them all but the gold and silver are my favorite! i wore gold for about a week and it didn't tarnish like gold jewelry usually does, the middle size is exactly what i wanted and i will probably give the other sizes to my friends. They're affordable and they're just what i was looking for in a horseshoe septum

Beautiful piercings. They haven't irritated my skin so far-- just make sure to clean them with some isopropyl alcohol before putting them in your face. Bought these to replace the starters that my piercer put in. The colors are as pictured; Packaged safely and well. I took them out of their plastic bags and re-organized them by color instead of by size, so the colors would pop more individually. The blue ones are simply gorgeous!

I love these sm because you can choose what size you like the best and it gives you color options too :) in the pic I’m wearing the second size and the rose gold one. I went up to the second size because I was wearing a different ring the same size as the smallest ones and it was rubbing my nose raw so the second size fit me the best. I saw other reviews saying that their balls wouldn’t stay on and mine don’t have that problem the balls have stayed on super good and tight.

Package didn't include 12mm only up to 10mm. The smaller rings are completely useless and the black coat rubs off very easily on the black jewlery. Super disappointed! Could have bought something better with my money.

Great value. I only wanted one, but this collection was cheaper than buying one piece of jewellery in my local piercing shops. The range of sizes and colours is good because I never know which size to buy, and now I can try them all out. Seems like a good quality metal, I have had no reactions to it.Size as a septum ring: The small would be quite a neat snug look. I currently have one of the medium gold ones in, and flip it up as a retainer.Would recommend.
