Very sturdy. Easily adjustable. It really isolates the biceps. Makes bicep curls much harder and I had to either decrease the weight or do fewer reps so it definitely work!

This was completely an impromptu buy ("Oh that's interesting, lets buy it and try it out"). However, I'm so happy I purchased it! We're about 25 minutes from our gym, so we've converted a spare bedroom into our home gym for weekday mornings. As such, we're trying to replicate some of the machine workouts at home, which this definitely helps with. As mentioned in my headline, it completely isolates your biceps so that you're focusing on that muscle rather than using swinging or other secondary muscles for curls. My husband is 5'10" and 220 lbs with broad shoulders, and I'm a small framed 5'0" 115 lb and we both can use this easily. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to focus muscle groups and ensure that you have good form.

Perfect cheaper alternative to help isolate the biceps without another stand hogging space. I started by shopping for a preacher curl stand but ended up with this. You still have to be aware of keeping your back still but it definitely stops any arm swing cheating by locking down your elbows and upper arms.

This arm blaster is so amazing! I struggle with my arm workouts and this helps tremendously. I can isolate and concentrate on certain parts better. It’s easy to carry. I use bungee cords to tie to my gym bag and voila. It’s not heavy at all. I was intimidated to use it at first but haven’t looked back since! LOVE it. Shipping was fast and came packaged amazingly well.

Keeps your arms staple, but the neck protector is too thin. if you like going heavy it's better to go without it. the strap with dig into your neck.

Very helpful with my curling. Isolated the arms to where you don’t put stress on the shoulders. Awesome product that gave a great pump and isolated my biceps.
