The first time I placed a oder from this company the price was great the 9 inch briaded stick were a nice size. I was going to be a regular customer and order once a month until my second was double the price of the previous order and the briaded stick were much smaller than the first order . I'm very dissappointed I'm looking from a company that keeps there prices the same and are consistent with the size of the bully sticks. I ordered again to see if it would happen again and it did on February 11 2016 I ordered 3 packs of 20 which cost me 139.32 i received this order on February13 2016 . today 3/3/2016. I was going hit the buy again button until the price changed to 224.07 for 3 packs of 20 . People should pay attention to what they pay for when you hit the buy again button this is a way for the seller to rip youths is off not cool . this seller should no better than this. This shady way to treat there customers 84.75 more for the same order . I made this order less than a month ago and I would never pay that current price for buffalo sticks

False advertising.
The write up clearly stated that this was a pack of 20 bully sticks. Yes, I realized the price was a great deal, but hey, companies offer crazy specials all the time, it's not the customer's job to question a good price. When the order came, however, there was only ONE bully stick in the package. When I contacted the company I was told, "oh gee sorry about that, but the price was for one bully stick only." They further stated that they were out of the product and wouldn't be getting more in (not now, not ever!) They did eventually credit back what I paid, but I will not buy from them again. (Note: the bully stick itself was fine, it was the false advertising that I only rated this transaction one star for.)

Purchased when it was about $25 (April '15), didn't know what I was getting into.Turned out I got a great deal as each 12" stick was supposed to be about 3x for what I paid for each!Great deal and dog loves them! Goes through them more quickly than advertised for a medium dog
