Does it's job well. I got one size smaller than suggested and i'm glad I did because anything looser and I don't think it would have made much difference. If you have acid reflux, I wouldn't wear it very often because it does put a lot of pressure on the stomach, especially when sitting down. It does roll down, which is annoying, but doesn't prevent it from doing its job. Overall satisfied.

I am a police officer, and bought this product for back support. This product would work great if I didn't twist, bend or move at all. One hour into my shift the legs had rolled all the way up and the waist rolled all the way down. This was very uncomfortable and constricting.
