Replaced the original trailer lights with these and they work great, nice and bright but not blinding.Direct replacement, wire colors match the original.I used heat sealing butt splices for a waterproof connection that won't corrode.I'm NOT using these on a boat trailer so I don't know how they work after being submerged.I haven't used them long but so far they are working good and I'm happy with the purchase.I've used other Nilight brand LED lights and never had a failure, that's the main reason I purchased these.

When I received this kit I was pleasantly surprised by everything the kit included. I didn't expect the kit to come with a full wiring harness and connectors so that was a plus. Everything was straightforward enough to wire up, although I do wish the instructions were a little more descriptive regarding some of the components. The rear lights have some kind of adhesive pad but it's not clear where they go, so I just put them on the "light" side without sticking them.I ended up using the existing wiring on my trailer but I'm a little concerned with what was included to connect the wires - simple twist connectors that you might find in a household junction box. Since these are meant to be installed on a submersible trailer I'd rather make sure my wire connections are watertight as well (as such I soldered and heat shrunk all connections to be on the safe side.)A couple of other disappointments with the included hardware - a licence plate frame is included but no hardware to install the license plate itself, and the rings for the negative leads are too small to fit around the attachment bolts on the rear lights (where my previous leads were located.)Once everything was wired up the lights worked great though. Nice and bright LEDs that I expect will last a good while. The hardware issues aren't really a deal breaker since I didn't expect the kit to come with any of that anyway, it would just be nice if it was a little more thought out. All in all a great and inexpensive upgrade for a small trailer.

Redid my 1990 boat trailer with this kit. Did opt to solder the wires instead of wire clips provided, but that was my choice. Nice and bright, looks good.

the lights went is super easy, the first time we used the trailer, the license plate bracket broke and the plate was gone. When I installed the plastic bracket, it felt flimsy, I should have went with my gut!

Good quality, bright and waterproof. Can't ask for anything more.

These LED taillights are very nice to look at and function at a high quality. I use them on my boat trailer as they stayed they were submersible. They have worked wonderful for over 50 trips into the lake water, while plugged in and live. Never once did we have an issue. Tells me they are a high quality, water tight design. I wired my entire 18 foot boat trailer with nothing more than what was in this kit and a couple standard tools. The visibility of the taillights and license plate at night are great, and they are bright enough to see during the day with no issues. We are very happy with our kit and would buy again if needed.

Awesome kit to fix ur trailer lights. Really bright and easy to install

The bolts don"t go thru the light but rather are set into the plastic . A neighbors kid put his bike against it and it just broke ? It didn't look like a lot of force put on it . I fixed it but wow that seemed like it should have been stronger . The lights are bright and easy to install but I'll look for a different set next time as trailers take some abuse and this set may not be able to stand the test of time .

Ce kit n'est pas fait pour durer ... Ne recommande pas ...

The lights were good, bright and easy to install. Although comparable in price to those at Canadian Tire or Princess Auto the easy delivery from Amazon was well worth the price in not having to stand in line and purchase from the store. The wires were long with ample to spare. The only complaint is that the so called "self tapping screws" were absolutely horrible. The threads stripped even after pre-drilling. Overall I would recommend the product but suggest replacing the screws with #6 or #8 self tapping screws for the front marker lights.
