I've noticed a difference in the pains and discomfort I used to feel. I've been taking the product for about 4 days now and noticed a difference. Almost unbelievable. I would have given it 5 stars but want to continue taking more of the product to get the full benefit. Will see! Update: I did my first review in September and had to give an update in November. The product significantly reduced my period pains and overall discomforts. It does work!
