Dunkin-Level Matcha Without the $6 plus Price Tag
I was hooked on Dunkin’s matcha lattes—until I realized how much I was forking out for a medium drink on a regular basis and decided to reel myself in on the D visits! Then I got lucky! I found this matcha powder, and let me tell you… it tastes just like what they use (maybe it is, who knows), and now I make my own at home for a fraction of the cost.It blends beautifully (I use a frother), tastes amazing iced or hot, and gives me that smooth matcha flavor I crave—without the drive-thru or the dent in my wallet.I buy this regularly now. If you’re a matcha latte fan and want to save some serious cash, this one’s a winner.

Perfect amount of sweetness.
I like to make iced Matcha and this is the perfect amount of sweetness. Not too sweet just a little tiny bit. The green tea is not overly earthy or grassy. I like to top it off with a little cold foam. Really nice.

Good roasted tea flavor
The tea has a pleasant roasted scent and flavor. I added non-dairy creamer to it, and it made it even more smooth. Had similarities to strong milk tea.

Lead Warning
Ok, so I had bought these thinking it was a great solution and it is, in theory. I opened the first packet and it mixed ok, but not exactly soluble totally. It tasted a little bitter to me, but sometimes matcha can be a little stronger, especially ceremonial grade. My concern came in when I noticed the lead warning statement on the box.If you drink match regularly, then you may be aware that it can potentially carry lead from the soil it's grown in. Many higher-quality brands have chemical testing results on their websites. If a product doesn't meet the high standards of CA's recent regulations, then they are required to put a lead warning on the packaging...and here this one stood glaring at me. Unfortunately, I decided against these and bought another brand that discloses testing results and is lead-free.
