Nice Raspberry Pi touchscreen
I usually do not write reviews, but more and more I find them useful in researching compatibility. I could not find it listed as working with Moode, so hopefully this helps someone. This is my third Waveshare LCD touchscreen that I have purchased. The previous two were used as a Klipper displays and worked beautifully. This one was for an internet radio streamer with the Moode player. The Raspberry Pi 3 mounts easily to the back and connects with the included ribbon cable and includes brass standoffs for other models. I did use the Waveshare instructions on their Wiki page to modify the config.txt file to get the touch screen working, although not sue if that was needed.

Works with Orange Pi CM4
I can happily confirm that the 5" DSI display works with Orange Pi CM4 using the Orange Pi CM4 base board on Orange Pi Ubuntu. Once hooked up, it was as easy as launching orangepi-config and enabling the raspi-7inch-touchscreen hardware setting. After a reboot, the display and touch screen functionality worked out of the box.

Works, but makes WiFi/GPS unusable
Bought this to use as a screen in a mobile project with a GPS attached to a Raspberry Pi. With the screen powered up, the GPS is unable to acquire/loses lock, and the Pi's 2.4GHz-WiFi is completely unusable. As a screen, it's great, but it didn't work for my use-case.
