Closest texture I have found to “real” pasta for a GF product. Not super brittle and good flavor

Made for a family party, tastes better than regular pasta. Great texture.

I have tried so many gluten-free pastas, and this is one that I sought out when I could no longer find it in my grocery store. Ordered on Amazon and will continue to order more. I feel like the ingredients are healthy and it tastes more like regular pasta than any of that I have tried.

The flavor is very good and the pasta holds its shape well once cooked. My husband, who is not GF, ate it and liked it as well as any regular pasta.

Purchased to help my gluten free friend have dinner at our home. Not only did it fool everyone else she couldn't believe it was gluten free. This pasta is not cheap, but none of the gluten free items are on the economical side of things. Even though we are not gluten free our selves, we have been eating this pasta as I had to purchase in a multi pack. I made a great pasta salad with tons of veggies last week and the entire family never questioned if I did anything different.If you are gluten free this pasta is worth the cost.

Wow! This pasta is amazing. I tried multiple gluten free pastas. Most turn into mush within 2 minutes of boiling. No way you could make baked ziti or you would wind up with a mushed goo ball. RUMMO proved me wrong. Cooks aldante ,lots of flavor, made casserole and the pasta held its shape, texture, and flavor. If you are gluten free do yourself a favor and buy this. Amazing.
