Q: Does it cover corner and side overhang

Yes!! just like the picture shows about 1 to 1/2 in overhang,

Q: My frame has Velcro on the corners which matched vector on cover. Does this cover have Velcro inside on corners?

There is velcro to attach to the 4 primary roof beams and there is velcro to attached to the 4 side beams. There is velcro near the corners but not to attach to the outside part of the roof beams that stick out. I find that the corners stay put with the existing velcro but I have also added additional rope so that there is not too much strain on windy days. I had this for a whole summer and will use the same one this summer. I also bought another one to replace a weaker one on a different gazebo.
