FANMISGMT Master Sapphire Glass Blue and Black Ceramic Bezel Men's Automatic Watch

Pretty Good?
I wanted the look of a GMT Master at 1/200th the price, and that's what I got. The alignment is slightly off, the crown and rotor are a little loud and grating, but overall I'm fairly pleased. The bracelet is trash, but I flipped it right onto a nylon Nato strap in midnight blue and its very comfy. I like the sterile dial vs. a PARNIS branding and the cyclops makes the dial complicated enough to look at. I won't dive with it, but so far no issues. Keeps time pretty well and GMT function lets me call my friends abroad at the right time.

Gotta love Batman
Received the watch faster than expected. Ordered it sometime Sunday night and it arrived Wednesday evening.Decent boxing and watch was protection wrapped to within an inch of its life, so not a scratch on it from shipping and handling. The clasp to the bracelet seems loose and VERY easily disengaged but that’s not a problem for me as I expected to remove it immediately and place the watch on a sturdy zulu, 5 ring strap anyway.Full instruction booklet was included but the GMT hand function was not explained very well. It took little effort to figure out however. When watch stem is set in the second position, as to adjust the date, turning the stem in the opposite direction adjusts the GMT hand. This should be set however, when the watch time itself is set “to the hour” to allow for proper hand alignment. The ability to adjust the GMT hand independently is a nice feature that is unavailable on some GMT watches at this price point. The watch itself is really, really nice. The bezel turns quite easily but has a smooth action and the edges are very grippy. The crown tightens down smoothly but adjusting the time, date, and GMT hand can feel somewhat “gritty”. Nowhere near as smooth as an Orient/Seiko/Citizen, but not much different from, say, an automatic movement found in a Kenneth Cole or similar. It did not start beating very easily with a few shakes, as most of my other automatics do, but once hand wound a little bit, ran just fine. It has yet to run out of reserve over the past four days of daily wear, a good sign. Seems to be keeping excellent time in comparison with the clock on my phone. The case is well finished, brushed and polished in the right places. The back is plain with no markings, very Rolex-like in appearance, with the same kind of wrench tool needed for opening and closure. There are some sharp edges around the back of the lugs and the case edge in between when the bracelet is removed, but nothing that touches skin. The ceramic “Batman” bezel insert is just beautiful. Polished to a mirror-like finish, it’s blue half is a bright cobalt in some light situations and almost darkens to black in others. The blue on the GMT hand is the same. The “stealthed” face is very well done with applied indices, whose edges, along with the hands, are finely polished with no visible signs of imperfection. I love the absence of lettering or logo. The only let down is the lume. Although smooth surfaced and very well applied, it has little power, and will dimly glow for a few minutes only after exposure to direct sunlight. It’s a shame too, because it’s the only other weak point to the watch after the clasp. The watch is a faithful homage to the watch it’s inspired by. Ceramic bezel, sapphire crystal, attention paid to the details of the face and hands, looks like it could easily cost the thousands they charge for other. The movement is definitely not on the same level as the rest of the watch, but for the price, and with a two year Amazon warranty included at no charge, it seemed a great bargain to me. I’m really happy with my purchase and readily give it four and a half stars, even though they only allow whole , so I'm going to give it five. I deduct one star for the problem with the bracelet clasp, the gritty movement, and weak lume. I'll give it a half star back for the fast delivery and warranty. I love the watch and it's pushed my current favorite, a first generation Orient Black Ray, back into the box and drawer for a while. It's a great addition to my current collection and highly recommend it to anyone looking to do the same or to buy a new "one and only". The seller has a bunch of other great looking watches too it seems, and they have really affordable pricing, so this won't likely be my last purchase.

Mostly good
I really liked the watch. The only problem was the GMT had didn’t work: could not keep any reliable hour, was +/- 4 hours and off the hour all the time. Which is odd.Otherwise, the watch was very good: liked the size, look, quality

Will return..
If this watch were fifty dollars, I'd give it 5 stars. But since it's over $100 I have to be be a bit more critical. First of all, I like the way it looks. Very Rolex Submariner GMT-ish. It doesn't look like an inexpensive watch. I actually like the clean, logo-less face. The click in the bezel rotation isn't quite firm enough. The crown machining is a bit off, and I perceive some scraping/crookedness. So, bottom line: it's fine for what it is. But for this money you can also get some really nice-looking Seikos where the quality control is probably better.Update. Band broke about 5 hours after I started wearing it. Returning.

Great value, beautiful homage.
Purchase/Customer service experience was top notch here. Seller answered multiple questions via email very quickly and Amazon Prime arrived in 2 days. Branded Fanmis packaging was a pleasant surprise and watch was wrapped and secured inside with great care. Mini screwdriver for bracelet adjustment was included as a nice bonus! After one day on the wrist watch appears to be a (mostly) well-crafted and beautiful looking homage to the famous GMT; and does appear to keep decent time. Bezel works well with satisfying action (not quite 120 clicks, but who’s counting?) and alignment seems perfect. Crystal appears to be sapphire and the cyclops is centered nicely. If my experience changes over time, I will update this review.Bracelet appears to be an upgrade since prior reviews with a very nice center polished oyster style and clean clasp. One of the links felt a little tighter than the others, but this almost feels like nitpicking a bit. There was clearly a very strong Quality Control process at play which, again, seems like an improvement over some prior reviews. I know there are multiple manufacturing locations making different versions but the one making this piece is doing a great job.Overall, this is an excellent homage piece that is fun to wear. I trust Amazon and, with Prime, I would definitely purchase another one!
