Everybody with kids, or who works outside the home, needs these bento boxes. They're great for practically anything. I've used them to pack snacks for my kids on car trips, to bring leftovers to work for lunch, and even to store small toys and other odds and ends around the house. They're nice quality. The plastic is heavy and not easily breakable. The lids fit tightly, and seal well. I wouldn't recommend packing liquids in these, but you can definitely pack most other types of foods and not worry about them spilling out. I find that they're a nice size, too. They're small enough to fit in a bag easily, bit big enough to pack a decent amount of food. You won't regret this purchase. I received this product at a discount in return for my honest review.

Makes meal prepping very quick and easy. The portion sizes are awesome, can put sweet potatoes or meat and still have room for more sides. It is pretty sturdy for its price. Id recommend to a friends.
