Worked perfectly to replace on my 2007 Lexus LS460.
This item includes BOTH the left & right faux-chrome covers ... as well as 2 of the black nozzle plugs to which they attach. You CAN buy the chrome covers as a Toyota part number ... but NOT the black nozzle plugs. From Toyota, the black nozzle plugs only come as part of the entire washer assembly -- the set of pipes that run from the fluid chamber. Those assemblies cost about $300 each from Toyota. But you can snag aftermarket ones on feeBay for about $25. The assemblies do NOT come with the faux-chrome covers. Point being, if the black nozzle plug has been lost along with your faux-chrome cover, you get both the faux-chrome covers and the nozzle plugs in this purchase, or you can replace (just) a nozzle plug by buying an entire assembly from feeBay (then cannibalizing the nozzle plug from it), but you cannot cost-effectively replace the black nozzle plug from Toyota.
