The item is very top heavy. I have poor grip strength. The handle isn't the easiest to keep in my grasp, especially when reaching to my back or back of my legs. The handle is not long enough for me to reach everywhere I'd like, but I am a bigger person with shoulder, range of motion issues, arthritis, etc... For an average size person, it would reach all your parts. I have used it twice, and for now it's making bathing much easier. I was using regular bath brushes before and the scrubbing motion would activate the pain in my bones and joints for days after bathing. I have used the item on low speed for about an hour off of one full charge. It doesn't seem to be running low on power yet. I would recommend to anyone who has trouble bathing. I will update this in the future if any issues arise.Update June 2024. Unit stopped spinning. It makes a noise when turned on, but no longer will spin at all. It was nice while it lasted.

The first time I used it, it left me turn it on and every time I hit the button it would changr speed or mode, After the 3rd time of pressing on the button, it wouldn't work. It seems like the plastic strip that was supposed to keep the water out didn't work too well. Stopped working and I let it dry out and charged it again but the button is stuck pushed in and can't get 5 to pop back out so it no longer works.

So first time using this thing was so so. The power on this thing is not that strong. I feel like a baby can stop this brush from spinning. Upon leaning on your skin , it takes very little pressure for the little brush to stop spinning. Also the adapter doesn’t hold it very well and I accidentally detached the brush dropping it on the floor. The adapter broke so I will need a new adapter brush. Overall not really a good buy

I have a circulation problem on my lower left leg after breaking the ankle 45 years ago. The skin is dry and leathery. I put CASWELL & MASSEY ALMOND & ALOE LOTION WHEN I CAN REACH IT. IF YOU HAVE SOME BLEEDING & WEEPING OF YOUR AMPUTATION PUT ON SIME NEOSPORIN TO PREVENT INFRCTION ANS PUT THIS LOTION ON 6 TIMES A DAY TILL HEALED AND THEN TWICE A DAY. 1 BEFORE YOU PUT PROTHESIS ON, 2 WHEN YOU GO TO BED AT NIGHT. DOCTOR AND PROTHETUST WERE AMAZED THAT SKIN ON MY STUMP WAS AS SMOOTH AS THE SKIN ON MY ARM. SO THE COMBINATION OF THIS DEVICE AND THAT LOTION IS A GOD SEND. USED THE FACE DISKS TO PUT ON THE LOTION. IF YOU CAN5REACH THE LOWER LEG YOURSELF WITH YOUR HANDS BEING TOO SHORT. ANY SORES OR BLUSTERS ARE HEALED the same way.

It is nice and sturdy and feels good quality. The heads are nice and do what they were supposed to do. It is a good deal heavier than I am comfortable with using but that also means the head motor is nice and effective.L

I brought an electric scrub brush from SoulBay about a year ago. It’s still going strong. I really like the length. It was the longest that I found on Amazon. The weight of the handle seems to balance the weight of the brush head making the brush very easy to control. I also like that the head is removable so I can use it on my face in the running shower. It feels so nice and keeps my skin clean and smooth. I recently had an issue where the charge cable had a short and wouldn’t charge the battery at times. I contacted SoulBay and their quick, friendly response was unexpected. They seemed sincerely concerned that I be a happy customer. They offered to send a free replacement automatically!! I was asking for the part number to order one but they sent it free.I recommend this company because they stand behind their products and have the best customer service in China!!
