Good Product But Missing Pieces
Excellent product and is good material. However the product has two pieces and I received only one piece, that is why I returned the product. I am still looking for a canopy.

Fits perfect
I am so glad this canopy is really nice looking the material is thick it fit my Lowe’s 10 by 10 gazebo from garden treasure it fit perfectly on it I am gonna get another one just to have on hand cause it took me a long time to get the accurate top for it now as far as rain I do not know yet cause we haven’t had any so I can update my review on that later but for now it’s perfect we had a week of rain and yes everything is dry I used gorilla tape to cover up the robots on the gazebo tops and if it sags a little on top I stretched it out a little and secured it with rubber bands that way when it rains it doesn’t create water pockets on the corners

Lasted 7 months.
I purchased this in March of 2019. Originally set up it was a little bit tight but nothing to be concerned about oh, so I thought. Being in a cold climate, October 2019 I took it down made sure it was dry, clean and folded properly. I stored it in a temperature controlled environment. Today, March 5th 2020, I reassembled the gazebo and installed the canopy. The original canopy lasted for years. I figured I would get at least that out of this. I was wrong! As I carefully stretched the canopy over the corners, it ripped in 3 of the 4 corners. It also ripped in 2 of the 4 sides.I would have contacted the seller to see if I could get some kind of a warranty, but there was nothing listed. For $100, I personally don't think it's worth it.

Better than original but still not great.
I purchased this 18 months ago as a replacement for the original. The wind finally shredded it a couple of days ago. As noted elsewhere, the quality is better than the original... that one didn't last a season. They seem to have handled the corner weak points but the midpoint between the corners still aren't up to speed.Where mine in located it does get funneled heavy winds, often. So yours might last a lot longer than mine. I am buying another one of these and will do some reinforcement work myself. They are relatively inexpensive and if it lasts two calendar years, I suppose it will be worth it until I can come up with a better solution.

Replacement top.
This replaced the original top perfectly and it was made by the same company at about half the list price. The fabric is tough but hard to stretch on when new and after two years out in the summer sun the old one ripped.I patched it with sail cloth and it lasted another year.I saw this one and decided to get it, it holds up to strong winds and does not pond water ,this caused one canopy's frame to fail, or leak.
