Bought as an early Christmas gift for my elderly mother who has back issues and trouble getting out of low seated chairs unassisted. Has worked well for her so far. Was easy to assemble and arrived early. Chair is sturdy and will last a long time

Bought as a birthday a Christmas gift for my Dad. It works great and was just what he needed. It’s sturdy and comfortable.

Overall the recliner is smaller then the description states, for one the seat is described as 23'w though the actual size is 20.5'w. That 2.5' inch difference makes a big difference in the comfort of the chair. I wish it would've been accurately written b/c now I'm stuck w/a chair that's pretty uncomfortable for me.

This is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat in! It is ROCK HARD! It looks comfortable in the picture but Looks Are Deceiving! It's like sitting on the floor, only it will lift you up! DONT BUY IT!

Extremely comfortable and very easy to assemble.

I assume the controller would be attached to the chair. Nope. It is a remote control with limited features. And massage is not the correct term. It vibrates and that it. Not enough to give a good impact of a massage chair.It doesn't recline all the way back either for a resting position like my previous recliner. The bottom button on the recliner is to sit up, put foot rest down and to help elderly eject out of chair. The up button is to decline the chair from ejection, put foot rest up and then recline the back of the chair. But it doesn't recline all the back to resting/sleep position. Don't be cheap like me and go half way. Spend the extra couple hundred for a good quality recliner that gives good heating and massage features.

Delivered out in the boonies 6 days after purchase. Super fast! Looks great. Works wonderful. It is more on the petite size which was perfect for person it was ordered for.
