I work outside. I also live in a desert. I also have to wear FR clothing as per my job. So the heat index is never in my favor. I have to drink a lot of water throughout the day to stay hydrated. The problem is that drinking a lot of water without replenishing salts and electrolytes causes the body to go out of whack. I always seem to get a headache around 2pm if I haven’t had something like a bottle of Gatorade or some other drink to help replenish lost electrolytes. So I tried these (basically salt pills) energy capsules for a week. It was over 95 degrees each day, with some days getting over 100 degrees. I gotta say, I had no headaches each day, and felt fine drinking just water. I took two capsules about an hour after lunch, just before the time that my headaches start. No headaches. No lightheaded feeling, and zero fatigue. And I’m not talking fatigue like I come home and tell my wife I had a long, hard day at work. That’s every day in my line of work. No, I’m talking about that feeling of sheer exhaustion, where I could literally fall asleep standing up. None of that. These capsules are good stuff. No flavor to them. Just take 1-2 doses per day as needed and keep drinking high quality H2O. And get away from the flavored sugar water in the gas station.

Great product but the "safety seal" is a nightmare. I take one capsule every morning in my hydration stack.

I feel really great when I take this. The minerals are a great combination and you can either swallow the capsules or as I like to do open them up and mix them in a drink. It dissolves easily and has no taste. Two a day so I feel like it's a good value.

I live in the Phoenix area and work in the heat all day, I get dehydrated easily and usually end up cramping up really bad especially at night when I’m sleeping. Very very annoying. Since I’ve been using this I haven’t cramped up at all. I use the packets and the pills. Mainly I just enjoy the taste of the packets. It makes the water taste better and keeps me hydrated better.
