I have a cat that loves to pee on the litter box mat we bought to keep him from leaving litter all over the place when he gets out of the box. He is fine for a bit when a clean mat is put down but after a few days you will see the first spot on the mat. I used to wash the mats down with a hose and then run them through the washing machine but they never got rid of the smell of urine. This time i pressure washed them and after they dried I sprayed them down with this stuff. It really did a good job of getting rid of the odor. I also use it to spray over the pee on the mat in-between washing. If I see a wet spot on the mat I spray it down and it takes away the smell and when the smell is gone the cat doesn't seem to do it again as often as he used to. I can't tell you if it takes out spots and stains or not since I haven't used it for that but I can say it does a good job of eliminating the odor.

So far so good. I have used this on a couple of areas and the smell is overpowering at first so I would recommend using and leaving the room for an hour or so. It has a weird smell but isn't unpleasant. I can't smell anything over the scent of the cleaner and I'm hoping that continues. I'll know more about how well it does in several months when the smell of the cleaner wears off or on wet days when there is moisture in the air.

This product is great, works quickly, nice fragrance & no pet odor. When I mop the area it comes clean quickly, much more than any other product we have tried. Will order it again & I highly recommend that anyone else who has pets do the same. Thank you for a good odor eliminator!!!

I hardly ever write reviews, but I just had to tell you guys the SMELL of this is horrible. I honestly would rather smell the pee. I am unsure if this works great due to me not being able to stand the smell of it. I am not sensitive to smells either so when I saw others comment about the smell in reviews I was thinking they are just sensitive to smells. Nope it just smells bad.

Pet Odor and Stain Eliminator works well for us. Our Yorkie is basically an inside dog. I breakout in the sun and in cold weather so potty pads are essential.

It appears to be working fine. the spray feature is great. No stain occurred- No odor appeared Like it very much

We've been using this for a week with our new puppy. So far it's great. It has discolored our wood floor or the carpet areas puppy has had his accidents on. Also, it actually smells nice 😊

Very strong smell that lasts well after spot is cleaned. Spots are removed, even old ones.
