These door stops are so much better looking than the standard builders door stops and they work just as good.

If you like the styling, these are great. I would happily buy more. The machining is first class.One small item to be aware of, the back side has a 1/2"(+/-) solid area, then a gap, then a thin (1/10?) rim. For use on drywall, if the door is heavy, I would consider putting a wood or metal backing on it to spread the force on drywall.

I often expect a junky substandard product - esp with the “Dr Suess” (odd) name offerings here on Amazon - but boy I was pleasantly surprised ! These doorstops are sleek, well-designed, and substantial ! Love the sleek, easy installation too ! Even though my newly renovated mudroom features polished brass accents, the burnished brass adds a touch of quiet luxury… so much nice than the cheapo stamped zinc ones at the big box stores (that always break eventually!). Wish this “odd name” company would make more accessories - like switch plates - to match !!!
