Perfect fit for iPad 2017, 1823 Model
I looked at Many, Many iPad cases and reviews before settling on this one. I am not clumsy and do not want a bulky case, but do want protection with sleep/wake.Wow! I can’t believe it’s been so long since I bought this! Case going strong. Works perfectly! This case comes in a few colors to choose from, but I got the metallic blue. The case fits perfectly with All access buttons and ports available with cover intact. I love the soft inside that fits next to the glass of the tablet. The magnetic Cover Does Not Stay Tightly Closed when the tablet is held upside down. My speck cover had a closure device that kept the cover closed. I liked that and think that is the only thing missing. The magnetic cover does stay folded in place for typing and viewing. This case is not heavy or bulky. It is a very slim design. This is a very nice case for the money. The only other thing missing is the cut out on the back for the "apple". If you are somebody that "needs" that to be seen, Then don't buy this case.Below are pictures.

Perfect slim, lightweight cover for new 2017 iPad
After spending a week looking at all the new 2017 iPad covers Amazon carries and reading all the reviews, I decided to take a chance on one that didn't have any reviews written yet. I'm very glad I did. It fits the new iPad perfectly. It snaps on easily and securely. All the ports are readily accessible. The magnetic cover is strong. It holds the typing position and movie position very well. It's slim and lightweight. The back cover is not slippery and doesn't show finger prints. The metallic navy color is very attractive. It's a subtle metallic which adds a little richness and depth to the color. No manufacturing flaws noted. It looks and feels like an expensive cover. Highly recommend.

Why you should buy this cover for your iPad
The red color is great because I can easily spot it in my bag (where so much in my bag is black). This is the second time I have bought this cover. The only reason I replaced the first one is because sanitizer spilled on the cover and ate away a bit of the red part. The first cover was actually still completely useable. I could have continued using the first cover but decided to get another as the cost is reasonable. Prior to my second purchase of a cover, I again looked at the competing covers and decided to buy the exact same cover again. It is durable, lightweight and smooth to the touch. This is important. The cover also folds over into a stand. I have dropped my iPad a number of times and the cover stays in place and protected my iPad. Stop looking around and just buy this cover. You will be pleased.

Good design, not sure I like the material
I've had a number of so-called "smart covers" for iPads over the years, so I had a good idea of what I wanted. The ones I've had in past that have been very similar to this have had faux leather covers, and they've worked very well. However, after a while when they wear, I get a lot of loose threads pulling off and the faux leather texture ends up peeling at the edges.Cut to this case and my first impressions. Note that, as of this writing, I haven't even put it on the iPad yet and I've got some positives and negatives already in mind. The case itself feels quite well designed and constructed. Compared to similar MonoPrice cases of this design I've had through the years, this one just feels more "well made" than those ones. It feels a little heavier but not bulky. The foldable cover is nice and stiff but pliable enough to easily fold under when making a stand. Even without the iPad in it, I can tell that this one has a much stronger magnet, which I appreciate. When I slide these cases into a backpack, the cover of my MonoPrice case would often shift off, waking the screen and making noise. Even without the iPad in it, the magnet closes to the case itself very firmly. The back, which I assume is polycarbonate underneath a thin layer of rubberized material (that also envelops the front of the cover), is sturdy and looks like it will cover the sides and edges of the iPad well. I can see this being very protective of the iPad against dings and drops (but I'm not going to dare test that out if I can avoid it!)On to the negatives. The inside of the back does not have the same microfiber texture that is in the inside of the cover. This is a minor quibble, but I like having that on past cases to help protect the metal back of the iPad from incidental scratching from the case. My biggest qualm with the case has to be the rubberized material that makes up the vast majority of its composition. It is a dust, lint and oily fingerprint MAGNET! I've only handled the case once or twice since obtaining it, and again I haven't even put my iPad in it yet, and it's picking up fine lint and dust like crazy. Rubberized and silicone cases often - but not always - do that. If I have sweaty palms or fingers (and I'm a guy that often does), it will easily transfer and very easily show on the case, but it will eventually evaporate without leaving (much) evidence. If my fingers are even very very slightly oily, those prints stick and stay visible unless I physically wipe the case down. This is something I didn't have with the faux leather cases of the past. Whether the lint and fingerprint issues make this case a dealbreaker in the future will remain to be seen, but it is very noticeable right now even after only a day or two of - more or less - non use. I may pick up a faux leather case just for comparison. It sucks because I like the construction and look of the case. Maybe I'll just start sticking decals on it to mask those issues. The rubberized texture does, I should say, provide a little grippiness to the case that lacks on the faux leather versions, which I like having two kids using the iPad with slippy fingers. All in all a well made case, but if you're obsessive about the look of the case, you may want to look elsewhere.

Very good case for my iPad
I use my iPad every day and the old/original cover finally wore out. After looking at various listings for replacement covers I chose the ROARTZ. I am glad I did because it's a very good cover, now both front and rear are protected, it's made of what seems to be durable material, the cover feels good in my hands, it fits in my holder for zoom calls and I like the snazzy red color for a change of pace from the original grey one.

Great value for the money!
The cover is well priced and performs as I had expected.1) Provide protection for my iPad 5th generation that I am using with a tripod to video golf swing analysis2) Slim profile so it will fit in tripod holder3) Buttons are easily acesss4) iPad turns off when cover is closedGrey color looks really good and does not show scuffs thus far. Again, good value for the money and supplier had case to me in a timely manner so I could take to the driving range.
