Q: Description states one gallon, picture of container states one pint. What is size of container?

The product received was I gallon and around $30.00. I'm not what the product picture referred to as size but I think it may have said pint.

Q: will this kill large bushes?

The surfactant doesn't actually kill anything. When added to a herbicide, it allows it to stick to the plants better, the way soap does in water, so your herbicide can do it's job better.

Q: Can i use this as a general surfactant with tsp and sodium percarbonate?

yes very safe surfactant on plants. methylated seed oil is great with insecticides too.
