Buy this.I was considering going and getting the original Hitachi Wand, but, really who has that kind of sex budget?The massager itself has a silky silicon exterior and the buttons are easy to use and figure out. One for power, one for vibration type, and one for vibration intensity. The outlet for charging is located at the very base and flashes through the buttons until ready. Came with a discrete little bag for storage.Glad I took my time to find something comparable, but to be honest, the intensity of this thing is more than enough for me. :D

When I first received the item, it seemed to not be working. After charging it, it still did not turn on so I had planned on returning it. Before I could though, I was contacted by the seller to inquire about my feelings on the product. I explained what happened and not only were they very pleasant and extremely helpful, but I ended up with a new working massager in the end. It is super powerful and very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend the item and gladly give more business to this seller.

I bought this as a gag gift for my mom's 60th birthday, expecting her to be hilariously embarrassed in front of friends and family, which she was... but then, a week later, she wrote me to tell me she is "officially a believer", which is something i never needed to hear.But which is also sort of awesome, because my mom is an ultra - conservative Christian from texas, so..GO, Mom! And thanks, CNHIDEE for making my mom a little bit less of a prude! hopefully this "massager" helps her on her way to becoming a sexually liberated woman! I really do use this as a massager because we all know what else it can be used for lol. It's in my desk in my office and when I feel tension on my shoulders I use it to help me relax the muscle. The vibration is somewhat intense so i dont have to use it for that long. It came ready to use and it doesn't make a loud noise.

This massager wand definitely works its magic on my nether regions! And as a bonus it relieves my carpel tunnel pain too. I enjoy the different speeds and vibration types verrrrrry much! The only thing i thought was a bit odd was that the charging cord didn't come with the wall plug. But luckily I had an extra one laying around so its all good. (Plus side: it was fully charged straight out of the package so the fun could begin right away😉)

Purchased this for my wife and a month later it no longer works. I'd like my money back for this item. I plugged it in and it wouldn't charge. Pushed power button and it wouldn't turn on. I want my money back or a replacement please. It has barely been used. 2 times of use and it doesn't work anymore.

The instructions that came with the wand (basically a sheet of paper) were neither clear or comprehensive with respect to the wand's variable settings - a fact that led me to go back to the Amazon listing to compare against the information originally listed. Unfortunately, the comparison made me more confused - .since different terms were used to describe functions (paper referred to speed & frequency settings, while listing noted them as speed & intensity settings); nor was there a "match-up" between the two (info sources) as to which button(s) controlled which function(s), or the number of levels available for the functions. It is clear when using the item that the buttons do control 2 different functions, and there are multiple setting levels for each function - but whether I received an item with specs as listed in the ad, as listed in the wand's accompanying instructions, or some hybrid of the two, I couldn't tell you. One Warning (or Enhancing Attribute, depending on your preference): This wand is on the large side; although its size was/is clearly stated in the Amazon listing, I didn't realize until receipt how big the measurements "translated into".

What to say? Umm, well...this bad boy WORKS. Perfect for all muscles. Neck...shoulder...back...etc. Has some serious fire power. I have concerns my neighbors can hear it.I also like that it is rechargeable. It's my first...massager I have ever purchased that is. Very convenient.Haven't tested it on water yet to see how that goes. Land only, thus far. Maybe to the seas next week!
