Q: How do you know it works for kratom powder tho?

Through experience with product concept testing in the past we have seen Kratom actually requires some form of dry lubricant in order to prevent the Kratom from sticking to the tooling when a machine is under power. Firmapress did help to alleviate the sticking when we ran our tests as there are dry lubricants already in the mix.

Q: My tablets will be small with 90 to 95% Firmapress. Will a tablet with mostly all Firmapress produce an acceptable hard tablet?

Hi Ron, If your remaining ingredients are within the same bulk density, or same particle size as Firmapress, a ratio of 90-95% should produce an acceptable hard tablet. If your ingredient is too bulky or coarse, you will likely need to granulate to make the granules smaller. If your ingredient is too fine, you might need to introduce a bulking agent such as our Dicalcium Phosphate to make your ingredients more compressible.
