Numbness No More
I can't praise this product enough, while the price does seem a little steep for what is essentially just a simple piece of shaped plastic I am more than pleased with how it performs. I was planning on only using this on my long motorway trips as I had reservations on how it would perform around town but it took no time at all to get used to it with hardly any need to change my riding style. In fact I am so pleased with how it performed I decided to keep it fitted to the bike permanently.Of course it really comes into its own on the motorway. Like so many other motorcyclists I find a long monotonous ride in the same position causes me to get numb fingers after about 50 miles but this has really helped. I have just returned from a 100 mile non-stop trip and had no problems whatsoever with numbness in my fingers (just need to sort out the numb bum problem)! While I find it improves control in the urban environment I understand that some people with find it gets in the way. But as it's so simple to fit/remove (all you do is slip it over your bar ends then twist in the opposite direction to your throttle until you find the place you want it to sit. To remove it you simply pull it off) I would strongly recommend it for anyone who thinks their riding will mean they are at a constant speed for extended periods of time. The original picture showed the Cramp Buster to the left of the throttle which to me seems a pointless place to put it. I have uploaded some pictures showing where I've put mine and will hopefully give you a better representation of what you're buying.

Poor Product
Rubbish. Sadly didn't even get to use it as it snapped whilst I was fitting it to the bike even though I took extreme care not to over stretch it, pay a bit more and get a different type.

Mmmm works well but.
Arrived in good time, and if I'm honest I'm not sure what I was expecting, so when the tiny thing popped through the door I was a bit "Mmmmmm is that it :/" Anyhow after getting over the fact that it's very small, made of plastic and being honest is really worth about £3 tops, then I went and fitted it on the bike.. K1300s with standard bar grips for info..Anyhow took 10 mins of riding to get a feel for it and once it's there and moved around slightly it doesn't bother you, you know it's there but not obtrusive; (fit to outer end of grip) just wind it around a bit so you're not putting pressure on it in normal riding; I had a few inconsistent throttle movements as I was catching it.Just wind it around to the right position then when resting your hand on the throttle and it works a treat... Quite happy with it, but like I said prepare for the WTF moment when you get it, and; "I paid how much for a bit a plastic" Once you get over that it works fine...Long trip to the Alps next month should put it to test. :)Dazza

Mixed thoughts
I bought one of these base on a friends recommendation. At the time I was riding a fairly powerful v-twin which I fitted this too. Initially I thought it was ok but noticed on a few occasions whilst slowing down for bends and when i forgot it was there I'd accidentally lean on it; sensitive throttle blip and the power meant I had to nearly consider a new change of underpants. Maybe best suited to less powerful bikes I reckon.

Great well made product, no more aches in my wrist!
I am at risk from getting RSI in my wrist and arm from my day job, and wanted to relax my grip on the throttle on my bike to help further reduce that risk. My wrist used to ache after long rides and after using this product for one month I have had no aches in my wrist or arm at all!Very pleased! Was a bit of a pain to actually fit to the bike as I have heated grips so they are a bit larger than normal grips, but it did eventually go on ok. The product is well made and I don't expect it to break anytime soon, even with all the riding I do commuting every day and long weekend rides.

Cramp Buster throttle control
A brilliant simple idea for anti wrist ache ESPECIALLY on old carb equipped bikes saves real wrist ache.Be carful of using them on Fuel Injected bikes as they can catch you out as the throttle is light and it can sometimes result in power ON when braking....If you get any sort of cramp, dead hand/fingers on a long run get one of these 100% brill since I bought mine 5 of my Guzzi riding mates hava also purchased them

One Star
Don't fit my grips - maybe because it is heated grips
