Found that after a week of using tbie my Whoop sleep score had really improved.

I have sleep problems, I always have. Any bit of stress and my slumber is shot.I've taken a few different supplements over the years and most don't seem to work. Even over-the-counter sleeping tablets make me woozy but I can still struggle to sleep.I took two of these, as did my wife. I can't say I noticed any major impact but she said that she felt light-headed and drifted right off! We repeated this a few times and each time it makes her sleepy within about half an hour. So although they don't have a major effect of me - I am sure this are effective for people who respond to such things.The tablets smell lovely too, that may sound bizarre nut some have an awful odour, there's a major-branded sleep-aide which smells like vomit! But these smell lovely and herbal/floral. I love the glass jar too, it gives a solid quality feel to the overall item.

I like that there is a sample pack to try before buying a full bottle. I found these worked for me and have found the instructions clear and like the bottle is refillable. Would recommend.

Simple list of natural ingredients, they taste nice but I haven't noticed much difference in my sleep quality or feeling more relaxed before bedtime.

I have been taking these for just under a month, and am happy to say that they have helped me to fall asleep at night, and I often have issues getting to sleep. I have been taking 2 capsules just before going to bed, but now I am nearing the end of the 60 in the bottle, I am now wondering whether to purchase more. They certainly seem to have worked, but at nearly £1 a night, I am not sure if I will continue. Having said that, I suppose that is a small price to pay for a good night's sleep.... I am still waking up early , but that is more to do with shoulder pain from a rotator cuff injury.I would have no hesitation repurchasing if they were cheaper.

For a sleep and relaxation complex this probably can’t be faulted due to the strength and range of the adaptogenic herbs and fungi it contains (per two capsules: iodine [from sea greens], 22.5 ug; ashwagandha root, 417 mg; passionflower herb, 119 mg; reishi dual extract, 119 mg; German chamomile flowers, 60 mg; nutmeg, 60 mg). When I further investigate adaptogens I’m amazed at what they can do and how beneficial they are to health. Of the ones I’ve had, I’ve been pleased with how they work and class them as supplements that do seem to produce positive recognisable results. As some of the mushroom adaptogens are relatively new to me so I’ve been reading what I can about them, and they seem to be safe providing they’re used as per manufacturer recommendations.The herbs here work synergistically and do aid relaxation and sleep. Two capsules are the recommended starting amount but can be adjusted down to one or increased to a maximum of four as required. Two does produce a stronger effect, but when I just take the one (to make them last) I still find it beneficial as it tips the balance between getting to sleep quicker and having a relatively restful night as opposed to not taking them at all. For me that’s mostly sufficient, and I still have the option of occasionally taking two if I feel the need.It’s obviously up to the user how many he or she takes, but although the price reflects purity, strength and quality, if taking the maximum four per day some users may find the price a bit steep for what could amount to only fifteen days’ supply, so it might be better getting used to taking lesser amounts.There are competing products on the market, but I feel the adaptogens here are a nice combination for providing a good all-round restful night’s sleep, or even just as a relaxation aid after a stressful day.Capsules are of standard size.

Took two first night, then four the second night, I have not noticed any difference in my sleep. I am not a good sleeper, keep waking up at night, still finding one that works for me. These pills come in glass bottle with a sealed top. Normal capsules size. It is probably just me, it may work for someone else.
