Does what it says on the bottle
They're a hit with my 5year old granddaughter, who has to take iron supplements due to her coeliac disease. Better value than what was recommended she used, it goes down without a fuss.

Chewy and not pleasant
Have an iron deficiency so bought these thinking they would be easier on my stomach than other supplements. They are except they are so chewy and got hard like even with lid shut. Not a fan. Will find a new alternative

Probably my fault for ordering iron gummies but you can indeed taste the iron. Tastes like blood, so I wouldn’t recommend for this type of supplement
