Customer Service is excellent. The band appears to be very well made. I wish this band had worked for me, but it was just too long, even with all possible links removed. So I had to return it for a refund. I really like the butterfly clasp. Would buy again from this company, if they had a similar band that fit me.

I was able to get it to fit on my withings smart watch. It was a bit hard to fit the links against the dial, and scratched the case a bit. Also, the watch wouldn't fit in the charger with the crescent links in. I had to cut my charger with a utility knife so the band would fit around the charger.Over all, it is a simple, durable band. The clasp stays closed, and looks clean. Sizing was not too hard. Remove one or two more links from the bottom than the top to get the clasp to rest in the center of your wrist tendons, and stop the dial from rotating.

Looks more like a woman’s watchband than a man’s not like the picture. it’s small thinner.

There are six links that you can remove to adjust the length. They provide two tools for easy removal as well as extra pins. The band looks great and is easy to use. After using it for a few months, I noticed dark grey marks on my wrist due to a chemical reaction with my skin. They washed off easily. I sprayed the inside of the band with furniture polish and the problem is gone.
