Just what I wanted
I ordered a snow globe that arrived broken and since I couldn’t fix the water element I thought I would stuff the glass full of cellophane and cast in resin. I am very happy how it turned out and that I could save the globe. The opal color was just what u was looking for very pretty.

Excellent For DIY Fairy Wings
Our neighborhood did Halloween driveway displays this year behind the tables put out to hand out candy. Meant to make it more fun since the pandemic altered having a normal Halloween. A little girl down the street asked me if I was tinker bell when she saw me in a green sundress with my hair in a bun this summer, so I decided to run with it. $45 for those stubby nylon fairy wings didn’t sit right with me. Tried to make my own and this iridescent film was PERFECT. Not so thin that it was hard to work with, but not too thick that it wouldn’t look delicate in the way I wanted. Held up to several hours of wear and several blocks walking with a breeze. Worked very well with spray adhesive in between the layers to seal around the detailed curves of the craft wire. I cut about 1/2” from the edges of the wings and used a heat gun (and a lighter for the tighter spots) to shrink the edges down. Just go very slow with that part so you don’t end up burning through it.

Perfect for DIY Translucent Wings
After reading about using cellophane to make fairy wings, I was determined to make a pair for the Renn Faire. I used spray adhesive to stick the 2 layers together on the wire frame, and then heat-gunned the cellophane to shrink wrap it. It gives such a beautiful look and texture to the wings. I actually melted a hole into my wing on accident and just doubled up the cellophane, which worked perfectly and actually deepened the iridescence of the wings and made a sturdier wing. When light is shining on it, it appears green-ish, but when light is shining through it, it appears purple-ish. I would buy this again.

Perfect for resin!
For spending under $20, there is a TON of material here! It's absolutely gorgeous, and I love how it looks in my resin projects! It tosses the light around beautifully, is very thin and easy to use, but this also means it's very easy to get unwanted creases in. I definitely recommend this for people experimenting with cellophane for crafting

Pretty but rips really easily
It’s a great color and reflects well but basically a single use… rips apart easy

WOW!
Its absolutely gorgeous! I read the description wrong when I ordered and thought it was 12"x36" like a roll of vinyl so I was pleasantly surprised to find out its actually 12'x36"im using it for resin projects so this will definitely last me a while!and for the price I think its a great deal!

Perfect for my needs
I love this...crinkle it up a bit and sparkles like crazy. This was my first try at adding it to resin and even through the bubbles it looks gorgeous!

Mágico!
El papel es delgado como celofán, lo usé para una piñata y quedó increíble. En el sol es más transparente pero destella muchísimo y en interiores el color aperlado es lo que predomina. No es barato, pero para proyectos especiales vale la pena pagar el precio.

Perfect
Using this for machine embroidery and it really works well. The roll was protected when it was packaged, and is perfect for the job.
