I have been using this product for over 2 months. While I have not lost weight (nor has my sexual drive increased) I do find I am less prone to snack during the day and feel satisfied and not craving anything. So in that regard I'm pleased. I didn't expect a miracle fix but taking steps to a healthier lifestyle and improved health. Not sure yet if it is improving my aches and pains with regard to joint pain but I will continue for a few more months to give it time.
