I liked that sturdy of the step ladder

I got this step ladder so I was able to access and clean my kitchen cabinets, and to be able to get to out of reach cobwebs. As soon as I received this step ladder, I used it that weekend to clean out and scrub my cabinetry in my entire kitchen. Even though this doesn’t appear to be very sturdy, it holds a good amount of weight. So if you are looking for a reasonably priced step ladder that will hold up, look no further!

The media could not be loaded.  After unpacking the HBTower 3-step ladder (model ZL 1203), I initially thought the legs were damaged because they appeared crooked. However, neither the original carton nor the tight plastic wrapping showed any signs of damage.All four legs had their bottom 10 inches bent outwards, likely to widen the stand. This bending, however, did not look symmetrical and appeared unprofessionally done, almost as if it was manually bent. I have attached a video to this review to demonstrate my observations.In my opinion, the manufacturing quality is poor, and I would not feel safe using this ladder.Additionally, I noticed inconsistencies in the product marketing images. Some images show ladders with outward-bent legs, while others show straight legs. The crossbars at the rear also differ between images.I cannot perform a weight test, but I will not use this ladder and cannot recommend it.

I ordered this step ladder to replace a rickety aluminum step ladder in my kitchen. There is a lot to like about this ladder. It feels very sturdy when I stand on it, the treads on the steps are non-slip, and it comes with a snazzy little safety hook that secures the ladder from collapsing when you’re standing on it. I did find that it can be tricky when you want to close the ladder. Other than that very minor inconvenience, I think this is a great ladder to have in your home.

This three step ladder is taller, weights less, is very stable, but it is not as wide as my old step ladder, so it is much easier to set up in smaller spaces like my hallway coat closet. The ladders steps have a nice rubber surface for traction, and it is so light I can easily move from room to room anywhere in my house. Now I can use it for getting can goods from my top kitchen cabinets one minute, then the next minute for reaching pillows stored on a top shelf in my bedroom closet. Every home should have one!

Oh, the trials of being a short person! I have two of these step ladders with two steps, and was so glad to see this option with THREE steps! I keep one in the laundry room, one in the closet, and plan to use this one in the kitchen. I cannot reach a third of my kitchen cabinets without this ladder. It’s easy to fold up and put out of the way and to pull out whenever I need it. I will feel like I have a brand new kitchen! Great purchase!
