Great Fit, Solid Support, and Impressive Value
This is my second pair of NORTIV 8 boots, and I’m honestly impressed. I wear these for 8-12 hours a day, 40-60hrs a week. They fit well, are surprisingly comfortable right out of the box, and offer great ankle support. They’ve handled wet conditions without any issues, and cleaning them is quick and easy. For the price, the quality is better than expected—I’ve worn name brands that cost three times as much, and these hold up just as well, if not better. That said, the paint on the metal lace holders started coming off pretty early, and the laces are longer than they need to be, all minor. Also, I found that going a half size down from my normal shoe size gave a better fit. Overall, solid boots I’d definitely recommend.

good shoes but "new" condition comes muddied up (updated)
my "new" item arrived dirty with spots of mud (?) or what looks like mud on them...anyhow the shoes fit well and are sturdy. they feel like good quality and the price was reasonable. i'm not an expert on hiking boots but my feet felt secure in them and seems to have good traction.they came with an extra pair of laces too! now i'm just trying to decide if i should go through the hassle of returning them for (hopefully) an actual new pair or, if i should just use these since they're bound to get dirty anyway. weird situation to be in though since i thought i was buying a new pair of shoes_______EDIT: Changed my review from 3 stars to 5 due to Seller's response. It was greatly appreciated!

My honest review
So I bought this around like November last year as a more outsidey shoe for work so I won't have to wear my sneakers in the snow and firstly the comfort was mediocre, I've been walking to work everyday for months so my feet have become a little numb which sort of works in my favor for uncomfortable footwear but if I felt it then I can't imagine what someone with better feet would feel... now in terms of durability it gets 5 stars, it takes almost anything you throw at it especially with the kind of steel toe it has, often with my sneakers I would accidentally hit my feet against steel and it would hurt a lot but not with these.. I hit my feet and dont even feel a thing! Also when its raining my socks would get soaked in my sneakers but these, my socks stay dry in these! I slipped on ice a few times but so be wary of that... and it gets dirty when walking through snow just like any other shoe, easy to clean though.. so would I recommend it? I think a lot of people care about comfort so you might need to get custom insoles like I did but yeah if they had more base comfort i might have used this is my main shoe... well that's my review for you, thanks for reading and I hope I helped atleast someone in their decision!

Excellent Constuction Quality and Comfortable Support.
Bought a pair of these in Black many months ago. The construction quality and comfort have great support, which my feet need. That being said I purchased another pair with different as these demonstrate. Same quality and comfort as my 1st pair. So, I have n ow switched from Sketchers to these not only for the above mentioned reasons, but the pricing is more fair than my previous brand here mentioned.

You'll Be Glad You Did!
Everything I want in a hiking boot = lightweight, most definitely waterproof (have had them 6 months and still no wet socks - at all) great tread, fantastic ankle support, high quality boot laces, extremely comfortable. The size 12 1/2 wide - was right on the money. Actually, I have used these as much as a work boot as I have as a hiking boot so, consequently, I have another pair - an exact duplicate of these coming for my Father's Day present. And to 'boot it all' (excuse the pun :-), a spare pair of boot laces came with the boots - a very pleasant surprise! No noticeable wear after six months of daily wear. You'll love them!!!

Perfect for all occasions
Going on my 3rd pair. The boots fit perfectly. True to size for me 13 wide. I have battle tested my hiking boots through water rain and dirt. These boots will last. Only reason I bought these was because they were on sale again, did not want to miss that discount. Will probably need another pair in 6 months. These boots are built to last.

Comfortable, great traction, and good price
The soles on my seven-year-old inexpensive Coleman hiking boots are about to fall off, so it is time for a new pair of yard work shoes. I tried on a pair of HI-TEC hiking boots at my local sporting goods store and did not like how tight they fit around my toes. After reading several reviews, I purchased a pair of Nortiv 8s. These are not tight around my toes and are comfortable.Today, I used them to help a neighbor get his riding mower unstuck. All he needed was for somebody to apply weight on the rear fender over the tire that was spinning out. These shoes provided the traction needed to push the mower until he was able to drive it out of the ditch. Later today, I took the dogs on a half mile walk and these shoes provided enough comfort throughout the walk.Hopefully these will last a long time and provide some good yard work comfort and traction.11-24-2024I wore these hiking boots to clear leaves on my mom's wooded property yesterday. Part of her property slopes down into a ravine. There is a lot of loose rock embedded into the dirt and I can't get my Zero Turn mower near there to mulch leaves or else time will be wasted pulling the sucker out. I always use a leaf blower to clear the leaves in that area. Shoes provided great traction all day on the rocky slopes, and I did not lose traction and or slip once.4-07-2025I just replaced the insoles with better quality. The OEMs literally wore out wearing the shoes to cut firewood once a week for the past 5 weeks. Some of the wear and tear was from walking while carrying or pulling oak round logs up a hill to toss in a pile. I also wore them to cut sections of my mom's property with a push mower. If you decide to buy these, purchase some better insoles.5-10-2025These shoes are slippery on metal drain grate in the rain.
