Favorite Supplement to Date
I seriously love the stuff so much I’ve been recommending it to friends as if I sold the stuff (which I do not). It gives me a natural, non-jittery energy. Although Brian Johnson claims it’s delicious, I would say the taste is just ok, neither bad nor yummy. However, it makes a fabulous addition to my morning smoothie

Taste is god awful
God awful. Blood Orange is slightly better. Product is packed with vitamins. Just tastes so horrible it’s hard to swallow. The formula needs to be reworked. Bryan needs people around him who are honest taste testers.. It will sell in the beginning, but I doubt people will reorder. He’s definitely credible and I believe in the product, it just tastes horrific. I hope he can somehow come out with a flavor that is palatable.

Better than AG1
After years of using AG1, I've switched to Bryan Johnson's Longevity Mix and couldn't be happier. Unlike AG1's proprietary blends that hide exact ingredients, Bryan's mix is completely transparent - you know exactly what you're getting, and it's all third-party lab tested.I - Like Many - actually reached out to Bryan asking him to make his optimization routine more accessible for regular folks like us, and he absolutely delivered with this mix. It's like he took the most essential elements of his protocol and packed them into one convenient solution. The taste is clean and natural, and knowing the exact quantities of each ingredient gives me confidence I'm getting what I need without any hidden fillers or mystery ingredients. While AG1 keeps their formula behind closed doors, Bryan's commitment to transparency and quality is refreshing. It's become my daily go-to for supporting overall health and longevity. Simple, effective, and trustworthy - exactly what I was looking for in a daily supplement.I've been following Bryan for around 2 Years now, and his commitment to improving the human race is inspiring. Try his other products and go to bed on time.

Pretty good
Honestly, It tastes pretty bad. The scoop that you have to make is also quite big. Personally, I cannot take it in the morning because it makes my stomach upset, so I take it at night. I have been trying to take it regularly but it is really hard to put down. I think its good for me and I don't not believe that, but I just don't love the taste, how much you have to scoop, and how it makes me feel.

Review of Blueprint Longevity Mix
I have been doing so much research on these vitamin supplement powders since a friend introduced me to AG1. I liked AG1 but I wanted to find something that would be more cost effective for me to use on a regular basis. I read about Bryan Johnson a couple years ago and found it interesting that he now has a line of products which he himself uses. After researching his mission and purpose to himself, I trust that his products will be of a certain quality. Some of the reviews of the longevity mix made me a bit hesitant to order, but I am sure glad I did. The blood orange mix tastes great and is not too sweet as most other brands are. In fact, that is what I liked about AG1. The difference between Blueprint and AG1 is that Blueprint's mix is a fine powder whereas AG1 is grainier. Second, Blueprint lists how much of each ingredient is in each capful whereas AG1 lumps some of its ingredients together and does not specify how much of each ingredient is included. Third, Blueprint publishes third party lab results on its website for each of its products' batch which I have reviewed. And last but not least, Blueprint's cost is almost half of AG1. I am also testing his cocoa powder and olive oil for review separately. I will definitely purchase this mix again!
