Great, quality product
Loving NZ organic coconut flour. I've already used it to thicken my curries (gluten-free). However, be prepared for the sauce to be slightly rougher, but flavour-wise, it's perfect. Also used it to make some choc-chip cookies and also in some brownies. Also made a crumble topping - absolutely gorgeous. So moist and better tasting than using flower. Just remember, coconut flour is more absorbent than ordinary flour so test your quantities first. As for the health benefits, well, there's loads, but you guys can google it. I gotta go and eat one of my cookies !!
