My dog is a Katrina storm rescue dog (2005) from New Orleans, and I have had her for 14 years. The tremendous scare of the storm and the fact that she also had been mistreated, was very thin and shook like a leaf made me feel so sorry for her. AND her coloration (Boston Terrier), foxy nose and stand-uo ears (perhaps a Jack Russell?) reminded me so much of the wonderful toy fox terrier I had from early childhood to mid teenage years. This little rescue was mine, and she gained 10 pounds our first year; however it took 2 years before she let me pet her. Any time she saw a hand coming towards her she ran and hid. Finally she trusted me and started following me around the house. We worked out a signal system for going outdoors and wanting a treat just by the way she stares at me.. She became very selective of her food and sometimes I called her "princess." Now being 17 years old, I believe she has graduated to "queen." Having just moved into a senior living apartment, I wanted to get a new ID tag for her collar and connected with Amazon in order to see my options. It didn't take long to select Pet Tags because they offered the size and design -- a CROWN for my queen! It is small enough so it won't dip into her water or food bowls and it had enough lines and choices of print styles to put all necessary information on it. I am delighted with the quality, and the pretty pink enamel matches her collar! It was difficult to make a decision because there were many designs offered, and it came down to either the crown or an intriguing heart design.When I showed my dear dog the tag and attached it to her collar, she knew it was some new "jewelry" and acted very proud of it. I tell her we're growing old together, sharing our arthritis discomfort, but we still like to look nice. She qualifies, the QUEEN of our home!

First off - we didn’t put this tag on our family dog, but instead on our daughter’s plushie dog. Our daughter has a penchant for losing things, and recently she almost lost her beloved plush dog while on one of our family’s vacations. Luckily, we found the plush after a day, but it was one long night before we could locate that toy. To avoid having an incident like that again, we decided to put some type of identification on the plush, just in case someone would find it if she misplaced it again. The tag took a little less than two weeks to arrive and I was really surprised to see how good quality this tag is. The tag is about the size of a quarter and just a few mm thicker. The engraving was clean, the crown image and coloring on the opposite side was nicely done, and the tag has a overall nice feel to it. The lettering is slightly more deeply engraved than the “quick make” tags at the pet store and looks like it would not get worn off as quickly. I was so impressed with the speed and quality of the tag that I will likely be upgrading my own dog’s tag with one of these. These are cheaper than getting done in a pet store and much higher quality - I will definitely be buying more tags in the future.

Overall, I am very happy with the 3 tags that I bought (Red Crown, Aqua Daisy, and Pink Hearts). My cats all look very cute with them on. I really like how polished and shiny the tags are, including the enameled portions. The engraving is deep and the lettering is clear and accurate. When the tags first arrived, the words had some black smudges around them that appeared to be scorches from the engraving process, however these were easily wiped away. The rings provided to attach the tags to the pet's collar are nice, thick coils of metal, and are seem to be stronger and of higher quality than others I have used with other brands' tags. I will say that the rings are also larger than others I have used before, so for my cats, the tag hangs lower that I expected, but this does not seem to bother them. Based on the order form layout, I expected the text on the back to be larger, and span the full width of the circle with the size of the font being different from line to line based on the number of characters. However, the font appears to be all one size, and it is fairly small. I dont think that the size of the font would deter anyone from making the required effort to return a lost pet, so while I feel it could have been presented more accurately prior to ordering, I do not think that it hinders the function of these tags.

This tag is amazing for $5, and it's the only tag I've found with a pirate cat on it. Most enameled tags are not anywhere this cheap. It's not perfect and it does have some cosmetic flaws, but the flaws aren't dangerous or noticeable. The tag seems to be made of some kind of chrome-plated brass, because the engraving has a brown tint to it. Being brass lowers the tag's durability quite a bit, but I only put my cat's collar on when I take him out of the house. The engraving's not very deep, so I painted it over with nail polish top coat. I seal all my pets' tags with it, and it works great.The ring tab on this tag is fairly thin and weak, but if it ever breaks off, I can just glue another attachment point on it.The key ring that comes with the tag is very flimsy. I used my own key ring instead.

I initially ordered the blue dog pirate (in the picture) back in March 2017, although I've been using it and another tag switching around on and off, it is still in a good shape and readable, none of the color on the front has been faded or missing. I ordered one more recently and have noticed my county had a wrong microchip # on the paperwork. I ended up replacing all tags with wrong info. so ordered two more from CNATTAGS. Only thing I may wanna point out would be that the size is relatively small so that the info on the tag might be very hard to read for people with bad eyesight. Well, hope they use magnifier! I personally like them small so that I don't have to edit my photo to post on SNS.I had a question and contacted the seller via message, Amazon sent me an automated message that the seller has an error with their Amazon message system, but I was able to get the reply from them promptly.Now I have a dog pirate in blue, purple and green, and a daisy in purple. All look so cute on my pup :) I'm happy to have all tags with correct info now especially I change between two or three collars all the time, each collar has a tag now!

Even nicer than in the picture. I got the paws one, and both the paws and the silver rim are raised up a bit. Colour is as expected. Tag is quite thick. Engraving is deep enough that it will last for a while without rubbing off, but I put clear tape over it just in case. Great size for a cat. Got three lines of text that are all easy to read and look like they're in Arial font. Recommended.
