Exercise bike good for quick exercise.
Its adequate. I got it after knee surgery to help increase the flow of blood to my knee.I use it for 15 minutes and it gets really hot. It’s also hard to keep still in one place. Other than that, its a good buy

I won't knock the item itself because I could not use it. You have to have a really tall desk to be able to pedal otherwise your knees hit the desk. I had to return.

very user friendly and stable on a table top
This is used as a hand bike on top of my kitchen table. It comes assembled, is easy to use, doesnt scratch my tale top, but also doesnt slide around. GREAT DEVICE

Product too light and needs to be positioned against something heavy to keep it in place while pedalling.

Exercise while sitting
I have osteo arthritis in my knees and I find this to be a good form of exercise for me especially since walks and biking are no longer an option.
